24/7—Answering machines do not work--and reply's can be too
slow. I am available full time and I interview right away
and make that appointment to show your property before the
inquiring caller moves on. Be Cautious!! Letting unqualified
strangers in your home puts everyone at risk. I interview
and have reliable local lenders, (not .com's) that pre-qualify
clients so they are quality prospective buyers before showing them your home.

problems or the
seller is not disclosing everything about the home's condition,
and others feel uncomfortable negotiating directly with
