the home or real estate you want to buy. We negotiate
together, then after a price

I will make copies for you and
then fax all paper work to your attorney & lender |

Arrangements are
made to
have any type home inspections by a licensed home inspection
company or inspector, I will accompany you & the inspector. |

Your attorney reviews all of
the paper work related to the home or real estate you are
buying |

9 |
You, as the buyer, finalizes the mortgage
with your lender... |

10 |
The
sellers attorney usually orders
the new survey, well and/or septic tests ( if that applies),
home owner association due clearance for your buy |

A Title/Escrow search follows to make sure the
home or property you are purchasing is free and clear of all
liens. |

I will
arrange for a final walk-through of the home before you close |
